Attendee Directions

QMS can assist exhibitors in both pre-show and post-show marketing efforts by providing a directory of registered attendees.

With approval from show management, vendors would have the following two options available:

• A pre-show listing, including one complimentary download of registrants added between the purchase date and the show opening
• A finalized post-show listing

For the convenience of the vendor, attendee directories are available via printed lists, pressure sensitive labels or by e-mail. Additionally, vendors have the option to order an entire list or narrow their results by various business demographics. In some cases, QMS even offers custom pricing for vendors with specific list requests.
