Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent to VMUG in writing for review and approval no later than April 8, 2025. In addition:
 •  All cancellations will be subject to a $100 processing fee.
 •  No refunds will be issued after April 8, 2025.
 •  All cancellation and substitute requests must be sent to VMUG in writing to registration@vmug.com
 •  No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
 •  VMUG reserves the right to cancel or modify conferences, rates, content, or speakers without notice, as conditions warrant.
