A few factors to consider when registering.
• Room capacity: For Hyatt Ziva, capacity is two (2) adults and two (2) children under 12 years of age or three (3) adults and one (1) child under 12 years of age based on existing bedding. Extra beds and cribs are subject to availability. For Hyatt Zilara, capacity is 4 adults.
• There must be a contractor in each room.
• Guests up to 35 months old at the time of check-in are FREE, but count towards room capacity.
Payment
Your Rewards points can be used to pay for the cost of the conference. You can only pay with the points you have available at the time of registration. If you have a remaining balance after using your points, we will send you a credit card authorization form to be returned to us for the balance of your registration. Your registration will not be finalized until your fees are paid in full.
