Should EXPO 2025 be canceled due to official, government mandated COVID-19 restrictions, PCA will refund 100% of registration fee paid. PCA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
Cancellations not COVID-19 related must be emailed to pca@prereg.net on or by 12/31/24, will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Registration cancellations received 01/01/25 - 01/15/25, 50% refund of registration fee. Registration cancellations after 1/31/24, registration fee will be forfeited. (A registration may be transferred to another individual)
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to pca@prereg.net or faxed to 314-890-2068.
