Cancellation Policy

All exhibitor cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellation by an exhibitor after March 1, 2025 will result in a fee of $100 per booth. No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be made after March 15, 2025.

Submission of this application and payment does not guarantee acceptance of the application for booth space. If, after review, an application is not accepted, all fees paid will be refunded by check by the association.
