Please Create a username and password below for the 2024 Oregon Dental Conference. Your login will allow you to return to the website to edit your registration information at any time.

Your username and password must be at least 8 alpha numeric characters (no spaces).

Oregon Dental Conference 2024 ONLINE CE VERIFICATION SYSTEM

To login, please enter your Badge Number and Last Name in the space below.

• Your number can be found at the bottom portion of your conference badge or in your registration confirmation.

• Once logged into the CE Verification System, please enter the course completion code that was given at the conclusion of each course.

• You will then be asked to complete course evaluations before printing or emailing a CE Certificate as proof of attendance.

• If you no longer have your badge number please click on Retrieve Badge Number and enter your information.

If you wish to make changes to your existing Oregon Dental Conference 2024 meeting registration, please log in below following the instructions that apply to you.

• Log in using your Account/Badge Number and Last Name.

• The account/badge number can be located in your confirmation/reminder to complete registration email, and is 5 to 6 numbers in length. If you need assistance in accessing these credentials, please call phone: 678-341-3000.
