Cancellation/Refund Deadline: October 8, 2024.

Cancellation Policy:
All Cancellations received before October 8, 2024 will be issued a full refund less $30 processing fee. A 25% processing fee will be deducted from cancellations thereafter. Cancellations of registrations must be in writing to eweye@prereg.net. Any course is subject to cancellation by the EastWest Eye Conference. No Refund for course cancellation after October 8, 2024.
