Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Refund requests for cancelled registration fees or ticketed programs must be received by Eleventh & Gather by July 23. All cancellations are subject to a $15 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the registration company by the deadline. If tickets and name badges have been received, they must be returned to Eleventh & Gather before a refund will be processed. Canceled credit card registrations will be refunded via a credit to the same card (if notified within 90 days of original charge); other refunds will be made by check. This refund policy applies to both in-person and virtual meeting registration. Attendees can transfer their in-person registration/CE programs to the virtual meeting without penalty.
Workshop Cancellation Fee: An additional workshop cancellation fee may be charged for any hands-on workshops that are canceled after July 23. This fee will only include any expenses the MDA incurred to purchase workshop supplies. If the MDA is able to replace the canceled ticket with another attendee, the fee will not be charged. Fees may vary depending on the workshop.
The Scientific Session Committee will review requests for refunds after the July 23 deadline. Refunds will be reviewed by on an individual basis at the next committee meeting. All requests must be received by August 20 and mailed to Eleventh & Gather, Attn: Refund Request. Please include a letter explaining any extenuating circumstances and enclose unused badges. Refund requests received after August 20 will NOT be reviewed.

Cancellation Due to Pandemic
If the MDA is forced to cancel the 2021 Star of the North Meeting in its' entirety due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a full refund will be issued to attendees.
