- Badges will start being mailed for the 2012 Texas Meeting Dental Meeting beginning 4/5/2012. For more information regarding your specific badge, you can to log into your online registration account after 4/5/2012 and check to see if your badge has been printed. NOTE: You can expect to receive your badge in the mail roughly 7 - 10 business days from the date it has been printed.

Handouts will be available April 5, 2012.

In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we will not print handouts for the meeting. Again this year, in advance of the meeting, we will provide course handout materials for you to access online. These materials can be downloaded and printed. We will make all handout information available for all courses for which we receive materials from the speaker. As usual, a confirmation of your registration process will be sent to you. Included with your information will be a user name and password for accessing handout materials specific to your courses. Please review your handout information in advance of the meeting to determine if you want to bring a printed copy with you.

Cancellation Policy: Registration, course ticket and event ticket cancellations must be postmarked in writing by April 5, 2012. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund, less a 20 percent (20%) administrative fee per cancellation. Please mail your cancellation request to: Texas Dental Association 1946 S. IH 35 Suite 400 Austin, TX 78704 - OR - Fax to:(512) 692-4168. No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after April 5, 2012.

Each exhibitor is allowed 6 representatives (who are not dentists or dental staff) in each 10 x 10 booth at no charge. Any additional representatives or guests will be charged $10.00 each Dentist and dental staff are not supposed to register as an exhibitor's guest or exhibitor representative. They must register in their own category from the attendee registration brochure.

+How do I register for the 2012 Texas Dental Meeting?

- Attendees:There are two ways to register! 1)You can register online by clicking here. Please create a username and password and follow the steps until the registration is completed. 2)You can download a pre-registration form by clicking here and send in your completed registration form via mail. +When is the Pre-Registration Deadline?

- Mailed forms must be postmarked by April 5, 2012 to receive the pre-registration price. Online prices go up April 6th, 2012. Online registration will remain open until the end of the show.

+How do I cancel my registration/When is the cancellation deadline?

+How do I make changes/additions to my registration?

- To make changes/additions to your registration please log back into your registration. Once you are logged in you will see the options to Add attendee, Edit Contact info, and Add Events . Follow the steps to complete the change. You can also contact QMS at (678) 341-3039 to make changes over the phone.

+How do I get a new confirmation/receipt?

- Please log back into your registration and click on the resend confirmation button. If you have a balance on your account you will be directed to the payment screen. You can also contact QMS at (678) 341-3039 or email tda@qmsreg.com to request a receipt.

+When will I receive my badge?

- Badges will be mailed beginning April 5, 2012. Please log in to your account to check and see if your badge has been printed. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your badge to arrive. If you registered after April 17th you will need to pick your badge up onsite.

+How do I get my online handouts?

- Handouts will be available online beginning April 5, 2012. Please go to http://www.texasmeeting.com/ and click on the Handouts Link to download. You will need your badge/account number and last name. If you do not have your badge/account number please call (678) 341-3039 for assistance or email tda@qmsreg.com.

+Is there a charge for my spouse?

- Spouses should register in the spouse category however they need to be registered with a Dental Professional. Spouses are not eligible to receive Continuing Education Credits.

+How do I redeem my CE credit?

- At the end of each class you will be given a four digit code to verify your attendance. Once you have the code you can go to http://www.texasmeeting.com/ and click on the CE Verification Link to enter your codes and print your certificate. CE Verification kiosks will also be available onsite in the exhibit hall to redeem credit.

+What if I can't stay for the entire course?

- Completion codes are only given at the conclusion of the course. Full credit should not be expected for courses that are not attended in their entirety, so do not arrive late or leave early.
